Shipping:
We ship our products to anywhere in Canada and the United States. We use reliable and reputable carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. The shipping costs and delivery time will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. You will receive a tracking number and a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Please note that Lieberman Tranchemontagne inc. is not responsible for any damages caused during transportation. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
We also offer different shipping options depending on your location:
- Canada: We offer free shipping for any order of +$700 CAD before taxes and deliverable in a metropolitan area (Montreal area and Quebec City area, exceptions may apply). Contact us for more information.
- International: Shipping fee will be calculated at check-out. For other countries then the United States, please contact us for a quote. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties (both for shipping and returns) when ordering from outside Canada.
Returns:

To facilitate your request, please provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Note that all returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Returns due to customer error will incur freight, handling, and a 25% restocking fee. Custom-made, washed, or used products are non-returnable. We are committed to finding a solution that meets your needs and expectations.
